Clarity is building an intelligent workspace built on conversations. Conversations are the foundation of every business and organization — they are how we exchange information, make decisions, and express our intent about what we’ll do next.
But despite the immense value of this data, conversations have remained largely untapped. They’re unstructured, vast, and messy.
We see a massive opportunity to leverage LLMs to activate this data and give superpowers to anyone who spends a lot of their time in meetings.

Work directly with our CEO, Rohan, to do whatever it takes to help Clarity win! Tactically, you will divide & conquer across GTM, CX, Operations, and Product.
We are looking for an ambitious individual who can run with ambiguous, open ended problems, experiment and learn, and then design and implement processes when things work. You are likely an aspiring Founder/CEO with a semi-technical background in operations, consulting, PM, or engineering. You likely get excited by solving new problems every few hours, making strategic decisions, talking to people, learning new tools, getting things done, talking to customers, and closing revenue.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate, optimistic, and has a deep-rooted desire to be great (and to have fun while doing it).
